ARCAT, Inc. (“ARCAT,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect on this site (manufacturers.arcat.com), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us through our forms:
- Schedule a Demo — name, work email, company, optional phone number, and any message you include.
- Request More Information — name, work email, company, optional phone number, and any message you include.
- List Your Products / Registration — name, work email, and company.
We do not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics cookies, or social-media pixels on this site. We do not collect payment information here.
How we use it
- To respond to your demo, information, or registration request.
- To follow up about listing your products on ARCAT.
- To keep records required for normal business operations.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How it’s handled
- All form submissions are sent over HTTPS (TLS).
- Form contents are not written to our server logs.
- Demo and information requests are delivered by email through our transactional email provider (Resend) directly to ARCAT staff, and a copy of the submission is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database that is not publicly reachable from the internet and is encrypted at rest.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies. The only browser storage we use is what is strictly necessary for the site to function.
Third-party content
Some pages embed content hosted by third parties (for example YouTube videos and Calendly scheduling). When you interact with those embeds, the third party may receive information such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Your choices
To request a copy, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted to us, email cjk@arcat.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for architecture, engineering, and construction professionals. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above.
